Article 1
In these Terms & Conditions, “Nexa”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the operator of this website, and “Customer”, “you” or “your” refers to any natural person or entity placing an order through our website. “Products” refers to all goods offered for sale, and “Agreement” refers to any contract concluded between Nexa and the Customer through distance communication.
Article 2
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers made by Nexa and to every Agreement concluded between Nexa and the Customer. By accessing this website and placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 4
All offers made by Nexa are without obligation and subject to availability. Nexa strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate and up to date; however, minor variations in color, design, or packaging may occur and shall not be considered defects. Obvious errors, including typographical mistakes or pricing inaccuracies, are not binding on Nexa, and Nexa reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel any affected orders.
Article 5
An Agreement is concluded at the moment the Customer completes the checkout process and payment has been successfully received. Nexa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Once an order has entered processing, it may no longer be modified or cancelled by the Customer.
Article 6
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before any order is processed or dispatched. In the event of a pricing error or technical issue affecting the displayed price, Nexa reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.
Article 7
Nexa will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe indicated on the website; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond Nexa’s control, including but not limited to shipping carriers, customs processing, or external disruptions. Nexa shall not be held liable for such delays. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and Nexa shall not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect details. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Article 8
The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Customer at the moment the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier. Nexa shall not be liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation has been provided. The Customer is responsible for monitoring shipment tracking and ensuring receipt of the package.
Article 9
Nexa offers a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive the return instructions and address. Items must be returned before a refund can be processed. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with photo proof. In such cases, we will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund if necessary. For hygiene reasons, items with a broken seal cannot be returned.
Article 10
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and to use the Products in accordance with their intended purpose. The Customer further agrees to contact Nexa directly regarding any issue before initiating any external dispute or chargeback procedure.
Article 11
Nexa is committed to resolving all customer concerns in a timely and fair manner. The Customer agrees to first contact Nexa via support@nexa-essentials.com and allow a reasonable period of two (2) to five (5) business days for resolution before initiating a chargeback or dispute with a payment provider. In the event that a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, Nexa reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence, including order confirmation, tracking data, and communication records, to contest the claim. Nexa actively monitors and disputes fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
Article 12
Nexa reserves the right to verify orders and customer details prior to processing. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse may be delayed, cancelled, or refused at Nexa’s sole discretion.
Article 13
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Products or website. Nexa’s total liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Product in question.
Article 14
All content on the Nexa website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Nexa and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
Article 15
Any complaints regarding the performance of the Agreement must be submitted to Nexa via email. Nexa aims to respond to all complaints within a reasonable timeframe and will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
Article 16
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws governing international e-commerce. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with such laws.
